Jim - I installed the BB Side Step on my Westy in 1997 without any of the problems (angle grinding) encountered on your Bay, but the jackpoints on the Vanagon are a bit bigger. Used it for a number years and removed it to do some undercarriage work. While off, someone stole that damn thing :( Maybe someday I will get another. -- Jim Thompson 84 GL 1.9 "Gloria" 84 Westfalia 2.1 "Ole Putt" 72 411 Station Wagon "Pug" 75 914 1.8 "Nancy" Full Timing From March 1999 To January 2012 oldvolkshome@gmail.com http://www.oldvolkshome.com Find me on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/people/Jim-Thompson/100000710343835 *********************************** On Fri, Jun 7, 2013 at 4:22 PM, James Felder <jim.felder@gmail.com> wrote: > Be warned that you may have to spend a little time with an angle grinder > to make it fit right.
