85 westy manual (converted from auto), headlight relay mod, house battery
mod.

hit me with everything you would do to check why wipers would not be
working.  They were working a few days ago.

I just got the dash back on recently, so steering wheel has been off.

Doing fifty things today, so I haven't even cracked open the Bentley to
look at the circuit, I'm throwing myself on your collective mercy and
patience.

Even if it's just "I'm not even going to try helping you until you've
checked X, Y and Z", let me know what X, Y, and Z are.
