Howdy,
I need to torque the 3 groove pully on my engine but I don't have the VW
3102 tool to use. What are my options? I've had bad luck in the past with
this and don't want to repeat my previous feeble attempts at this task. Any
insights/techniques will be greatly appreciated.

Also do you recommend using anything on the threads of the bolt? Permatex
High Tack or Loctite?
