There is bus service both north and south. But not every day. Don't remember the name of the bus line. I thought it was greyhound, stopped by the DMV office downtown but maybe not. You like I can call my friend there in Bishop and ask. Mike in Cotati, formerly Bishop. ________________________________ From: Timmy Evens <monkey_lips@YAHOO.COM> To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Sent: Sun, June 2, 2013 1:53:10 PM Subject: Re: Anyone rolling north? no greyhound stops in bishop! ________________________________ From: Robert Stevens <mtbiker62@GMAIL.COM> To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Sent: Sunday, June 2, 2013 8:59 AM Subject: Re: Anyone rolling north? Ya, and Greyhound would not likely require any packaging, just tag it with a shipping label and throw it in their N bound pile. ;-) Nice to see you're back on the road heading home. That's what good friends are for.....pay-back can be steep though. ;-) bob On Jun 2, 2013, at 8:21 AM, Timmy Evens <monkey_lips@YAHOO.COM> wrote: So the hilarity continues. a friend drove a truck/trailer from bend straight through the night to bishop. I loaded up the van and got headed north. Four hrs up the road we realized my bike rack is still sitting at Miller's sierra German. If ANYONE is headed north and has a 2inch receiver it would save me ANOTHER huge hassle. I use the hell out of that bike rack..... Sent from Yahoo! Mail on Android
