What Jim said. On my 84 Westy, the Headliner Panel is in the way to twist, so you've gotta loosen it up to drop the panel down slightly to complete the twisting, extraction and re-installation. On regular Vanagons, this not an issue. -- Jim Thompson 84 GL 1.9 "Gloria" 84 Westfalia 2.1 "Ole Putt" 72 411 Station Wagon "Pug" 75 914 1.8 "Nancy" Full Timing From March 1999 To January 2012 oldvolkshome@gmail.com http://www.oldvolkshome.com Find me on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/people/Jim-Thompson/100000710343835 *********************************** On Sun, Jun 9, 2013 at 9:46 AM, Rocket J Squirrel <camping.elliott@gmail.com > wrote: > Hi, could someone point me to the Bentley page that shows how to take > down the windshield rear-view mirror?
