Subject:Cooperative ownership

I bought a share in a mountain cabin 15 yrs ago. It was a great way to have
a ski getaway, but a nightmare to get out of when I moved. 2 years plus,
and still not done. This with a written agreement etc. It'd be no diff with
a vehicle, so: Bad Idea IMHO. David
