Welcome to the list.  I'm just past Kitchener if you are ever in the area.

Keep your eyes open for a good van - wait and you will find the right one.
 Be prepared to drive/fly south for a rust free one.   Even the "rust free"
ones here are rusty.  If it's been resprayed recently - ask for before
pics.   If it was in Ontario for it's whole life - it will be rusty, and it
WILL come back.

Our 83 Westy came from a list member.  It was a great buy and originally a
California van.  I can't believe how much cleaner it is than a local one.
 So be prepared to travel!
