I do not order many parts online so I'm requesting some input from others who are more experienced in this regard. I ordered a set of spark plug wires and the part number showed wires with the metal heat protectors. I assumed that is what I would get. There were other cheaper ones with no picture but I choose the most expensive with the metal heat protectors. The ones I received did not have the metal heat protectors They were put on and lasted 5000 miles before the heat put holes in them and engine started to miss. I have installed new ones with the metal protectors. When I discussed with vendor about not getting the ones I ordered they said that the picture was for reference only. Am I being unrealistic to expect that I would receive the part pictured online and referred to by the part number. Input would be appreciated. Thank you, Bernie
