just google it.
Refers to George Wallace, the 45th gov of Alabama.
Urban dictionary says 'wallaced' is to be very drunk and slovenly.
Wikipedia is decent and factual.
George Wallace is famous for resisting federal orders to desegregate
Alabama schools , and an assassination attempt on his life also.
The caption for one photograph on Wikipedia says :
"Wallace standing against desegregation while being confronted by Deputy
U.S. Attorney General Nicholas Katzenbach
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicholas_Katzenbach> at the University of
Alabama <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_Alabama> in 1963."
it's an important part of America's cultural and social history.
Something that could be somewhat familiar to many.
