I am with you there!
We were campimg on the Baja near the water several years ago.
A guy comes up to us and says you just missed a guy close to 80 here
yesterday camping in VW like yours.
The guy pulled up hauled out chair and opens a tin of beans for lunch and
eats it out of can.
Then he hauls his kayak down from a top his bus and heads out in the windy
white capped sea.
The two guys were watching this and the one says
"Man isn't that dangerous on your own in those conditions"?
Then they looked at each other and both had the same thought!
What a way to go doing exactly what you love to do on your own terms.
Is there a better way to go!
