Must have been air! I disconnected the tube from the tank to the pump and water flowed (slower than I expected but still flowed). Plugged it back in and water flowed. Strange. The air bubble seemed to appear arbitrarily! Anyways I have water. And a working propane fridge. No baby monitor. I can hear them babble away without it. Thanks to everyone for the last minute advice! You'd think I was new to this but actually have owned my van for 20 years this year (I'm 41). Haven't camped much in the last four years since my oldest was born. For anyone not watching fireworks who wants to see where I'm going, search for Black Lake campground, Nopiming Provincial Park in Manitoba. Only about 200 km away from Winnipeg but might as well be on the other side of the earth.
