What's everybody so worked up for about this oil plug business?

Just do what they do at the chain express lubes-
1) Install stripped bolt tight as possible
2) Spray bolt head and surrounding area with brake cleaner
3) Apply liberal smear of silicone to bolt/pan interface.

Voila, fixed until the next poor soul loosens it.
