If the rebuild is good, might be worth a low bid.

Even though seller says it's been cleaned, I'd still want to ensure it
was cleaned properly. Were wires destroyed by the rodents?

I know firsthand how projects get stalled, and sit, and I'm not
judging, but I'd be really curious why the engine wasn't installed.
Like who rebuilt it?
