Got GoWesty's mailer the other day; they have a complete rebuilt throttle body including switch for $299. Also, for around $80, Van Cafe sells a new switch of their own manufacture (Shoebox Electronics).

The new one hangs off the bottom of the throttle body, uses a single much smaller microswitch, and is operated by a cam off the bottom of the throttle plate shaft. Cheaper to make but not as good as what you have, and needs a different throttle body.
