I'm planning a short trip in west-central PA in December, and am looking for camp site recommendations close to Pittsburgh, following Steelers win over Cincinnati. 

A primitive site in a state forest would be fine, somewhere between Pittsburgh and Altoona. Stealth camping not okay this time.
