No way that should be done in an hour.  I have a very smart cousin whose
formula for calculating household or automotive jobs is:
Take your best estimate, double it, then raise to the next increment of
measurement.  So your 1 - 1 1/2 hours becomes 2 - 3 days.  OK, you're
still over that, but the procurement issues weren't figured in.
