Hi John,

I've owned several 1.9 Vanagons and twice, since 1991, I've experienced
the "No start" if left to sit for a few minutes.  They would start right
away if shut off then started right away but I might have to wait 2
hours if I gave them some time first.  The fix, in both cases, was a new
fuel pressure regulator.
