I'm with you, Jeff. That's like the ubiquitous "AC doesn't work, probably
just needs a recharge" which means, actually, in plain English "I have
spent $2600 trying to find out what the #$^#^%& is wrong with this thing
that I have sweltered through three summers in, and this is the reason I am
selling it."

The word "soiled" covers a lot of ground, and at $23,000 I expect the worst
if it hasn't been fixed by now.
