I have an 86 weekender with an auto tranny and it is suddenly not
running very well.

Here is the list of symptoms..

Fuel pump is very loud. ( i have replaced it and the prefilter)

After driving for a bit and it's warmed up my engine acts like it's
starved for fuel and dies..

One time when this happened and i had pulled over to investigate I
noticed the pump was cycling on and off..

Any help would be appreciated
