Had to take a lug nut off with a chisel & hammer one rainy afternoon on the south side of the GG Bridge, I split the nut. Speaking of Harbor Freight tools, I'm a fan for the most part but I do realize that sometimes I buy crap. I picked up a set of chisels & punches sometime back, this afternoon I needed a chisel & tried those. After 3 different ones I tossed them & dug out an old 'real' chisel that even kind of worn did the job the first time. I've had no problems with HF 1/2" breaker bars for lug nuts and have use them in more than one car, I do go to Sears & get a Craftsman 6 point socket for them. On the bus I put the bar out at 9 o'clock, hold on the gutter and gently bounce on the bar while chanting 'leftee-loosee'. Rob vwrobb@gmail.com Volkswagen Enthusiast ....
