Subject:Re: Tin top camping

For about a year I camped in my 86 syncro tt but with a westy interior installed. Even managed a trip with David B in that set up. Yes, I can add my name to the list of those who have slept with David :)

Worked out pretty well but I hated stooping all the time inside. I'm 6-2 and not as flexible as I should be. It was a relief to get the pop top on.

But bear in mind I live up on one the wet rainy west coast. Often have to spend more time in the van when camping. And winter camping forces you inside even more.

Cheers

Alistair
