Hmm, idea of a reflector mounted on a Solar tracker.  Good tracker about
$500 or maybe less (intended for astrophotography with a DLSR and lens)
will handle up to about 20 lbs and runs all day on a small 12v battery or
internal AA cells.  Firgure out a mount, figure out a reflector setup.  Set
it up, polar align and keep the sun on the panel all day!  Nah, easier to
just park in the open with the butt to the South......
