Thanks Tony. Had hoped it wouldn't be a big deal. Sounds like it likely won't be. I would tell them exactly what I was planning to do but wanted to weigh out the hassle factor as I'd likely stay down to do some camping. Neil. Honestly, I told them what I was doing. The border patrol officer simply repeated the information I gave him several times in different ways. By the end of it I was a bit put off by what seem like a game. In the grand scheme of things it was not a big deal. I had a receipt for what I got which he never asked for. >> On Oct 16, 2013, at 3:28 PM, Neil N <musomuso@GMAIL.COM> wrote: >>...... for those who've transported used Vanagon parts from Canada to US..... -- Neil n Blog: tubaneil.blogspot.ca '88 Westy http://tinyurl.com/c8rlw6p '81 VanaJetta 2.0 "Jaco" http://tubaneil.googlepages.com/ Vanagon VAG Gas inline-VR Engine Swap Group: http://tinyurl.com/d7gd5ej
