I recently did a brake job all the way around on my 83 westy. I have all new shoes, metal, etc. I bled the brakes several times before the car was driveable, but wasn't up to what I was expecting. I bled it some more. No change. Must have put a quart through it (I was changing all the fluid out, too). Then I decided that if I was going to do extensive bleeding, it have been long enough since I changed the master cylinder that I did that, too. Today I installed a new one from the dealer... quite pricy. Ran another quart through, the pedal goes to the floor. I am using a pressure bleeder to force the fluid through. I've done this a hundred times, many on a Vanagon, with no problem. What am I doing wrong? Jim
