This is bugging me. Clutch pedal all the way to the floor - no rattle.
Just a little off the floor - it rattles until fully engaged.

This is really annoying - but it seems to operate OK. There are many
times when I don't have the pedal to the floor, so I get the rattle. Is
having the pedal completely to the floor necessary under ordinary
conditions??  Any one have any ideas a to the possibilities??
