The Propex 2000 will run a long time (LONG time) from a
single tank.  In a Westy, it is the fridge that consumes
the gas.  I have two tanks because when I'm five miles
beyond Nowhere, Utah, in my Syncro Westy, I don't want
to run out.  That was especially true when I had the
Dometic fridge.  If I didn't have the second tank, I'd
probably not install it now and just live with the
risk of being cold and eating raw food.  ;-)
