Subject: Re: 88 GL Tachometer Inop after New Coil Install

OK - two wires got to a combination plug. No way to get that plug wrong
- won't fit but one way on the blades on the coil. However - on the
other side of the coil - there are two wires with their own individual
plug. These two plugs fit on the blades of a common pin on the coil.
This pin is marked +15. The thin wire off that connection is the tach
wire I'm pretty certain. But with both wires made to fit that one
connection there should be no issue. But there is.

One of the 4 wires to the coil has to be an input wire - but I don't
have a clue. Got to find a wiring diagram.

Thanks,

John
