Subject:Stall during idle

Happy Snow Day,

So I had a quick question about my Westy, it sometimes stalls during idle...this has not happened in awhile.
I recently had it is the shop (there was a problem with my Hall Sending Unit in the Distributor). Got all that fixed it starts now and seems to run well. But since I have gotten it back I have noticed that it is a little hicuppy (is that a term/) upon start up. I have a new engine that I installed last January and this has not been an issue since then. But it will stumble/hiccup till it gets warmed up. If I put the van in reverse out of a parking spot and when I go to shift to drive, it cuts out. To describe the action -- I put the van in to reverse, I back up, as i shift into drive the van seems to rev and then drop down and then cut.
Could there be an adjustment that needs to be made in the idle control?
Thanks,
Bill
