Just wanted to report a good impression with Gibbs oil. I used it to treat seams and other needed areas before setting out on winter roads. It soaks in readily and does not seem to wash off quickly. It keeps water and salt from soaking into metal and iron oxide, and is paintable to boot. It also makes quick work of ancient brake dust making my CLK wheels look spiffy. :-) Chris.
