I have a question about Vanagon sliding doors handles.�
Are door changes the same years, US and Europe?

Did the Vanagons marketed in Europe have their sliding door mechanism and handle changed at a later time than the US ones?

I know that US models have a long handle from 1980-1984, then in 1985 the handle was shortened and the door latches, mechanisms were changed.

I need to know because I have a buyer in Spain who said the 85-91 handle I sent him doesn't fit his 1986 GL ???
