I'd guess it was hit while parked or moving very slowly.  That's why the
windshield and foam pad are still in place.  Definitely a lot of good parts.

Yes, that is about what I consider the value to be. Half of what is being
asked. Not too many buyers for it but worth that to me and a few others.
