Rust in Mesa AZ???  Are you sure it's the channel?  That's an odd place to
rust away unless it's the whole rocker panel gone.  The seals usually just
rip off, leaving the other edge of the seal in the channel.

My slinging door seal was hanging down. It appears that the chassis channel
rusted away. Does anyone or can anyone send a photo of this area if someone
has there seal removed? Planning on welding in a repair piece of material.
