FYI - I have never had a problem returning things to Amazon, they always are great, no questions asked. You do have to be cautious though, if the product is supplied directly from Amazon, or though another provider. If so, you may or may not have a good return experience. However, I believe Amazon has a great record of always trying to do the right thing by their customers.

I had an experience where I ordered something from Amazon, fulfilled by someone else. It came poorly wrapped and damaged. I did get my money back, no problem, but I had asked for a replacement.

Anyway, lesson learned, when you buy from Amazon, always pick fulfilled by Amazon products.

Rockbottom Auto Parts out of Tennessee has an ad on Amazon. BOSCH fuel pump 'NEW' - $140. I needed one. did the PayPal. part got here in 3 days - good. bubble wrap envelope - cheap ship - good. pump box taped closed - bad. open it to find local newsprint covering a rebuilt pump.
