A few months ago when there was a discussion on digital multimeters,
someone brought up temperature measurement.  My scientific consulting
business needs to do some temperature measurements with micro
thermocouples (a few hundred degrees Celsius with temperature rise over
two to three seconds) so it would appear that one could get a digital
multimeter that would do science experiments as well as help keep my
Vanagon working.

Any suggestions for a multimeter that works well with thermocouples?
