Was an analogue clock (image of 1987 Syncro instrument cluster):

OEM for 1987? I don't see mention of this in Old Volks online pdf or
see it in Bentley but maybe I missed something?

The numbers on the clock appear slightly different than what I've seen
on the older analogue clocks. eg. similar to the later type font used
in speedos.
