On a related note, I'm wondering about the finish on these metal Westy
interior parts (poptop struts, shift lever, table legs)? Are they
zinc-plated, galvanized, etc.?

I'm not planning to repaint mine, but like Jim's, mine are kinda dingy and
I'd like to clean and polish them back to original condition. Can anyone
recommend a good polish/cleaner like Mother's, etc.?
