A classic problem of improper parts. 75% of the brake cylinders sold for our vanagons lack the internal spring that the factory ones do. They behave exactly as described. Time to replace the new wheel cylinders with new wheel cylinders! -craig. > On Apr 25, 2014, at 12:23 PM, Neil N <musomuso@GMAIL.COM> wrote: > > .... and if need be, there should be images on thesamba.com showing > correct orientation of rear brake hardware. > > > Neil. > >> On 4/25/14, raceingcajun <raceingcajun@communicomm.com> wrote: >> >> Take it back, have them check adjustment, and or bleed! > > > > -- > Neil n > > Blog: tubaneil.blogspot.ca > > '88 Westy http://tinyurl.com/c8rlw6p > > '81 VanaJetta 2.0 "Jaco" http://tubaneil.googlepages.com/ > > Vanagon VAG *Gas* inline-VR Engine Swap Group: > > http://tinyurl.com/d7gd5ej
