Bring me the hose. I have a guy who makes hydraulic hoses for me. He won't do it for anyone else at this time. Since he knows I'm working on my 5-cyl. conversion with AC, he won't ask any questions. It'll cost you whatever he charges. The tricky parts are the connectors. He may have to reuse your old ones or it will cost a kit more money. Eventually I have to get this guy to make front to rear replacement PS hoses. He's not interested in doing "retail work". I will need to order a bunch at a time. All my R134 is gone. I only found this out since I've got the engine running and could not get the compressor to cycle on. I checked the high pressure switch in the D pillar and it showed no continuity. When I bypassed the switch, the clutch engaged. I don't know if this hose has been customized, since this is an Eurovan/Audi 5000 (I5) engine swap. The hose looks newish compared to the return line from the front condenser.
