Subject:Coolant Outlet Nipple at Pass. Side Head (WBX)

Hey folks.

The archives indicate this is likely the case, but is the updated
metal version made of mild steel?

Is the gasket used a "paper" gasket? Like I could make one out of
material bought from NAPA or the like?
