Thanks for checking in. 

The transmission is an automatic. The lights work in the dash. I had Jessica
run through the gears manually to make sure that the neutral-park switch is
making full contact and yet Jessica says that the van is not turning over. 

I found a local mechanic is SLO, Nate at Broadstreet, referred by Van Caf�
so I hope that they can do a better diagnostic than I can over the phone.
