You got this right.  It�s been a nightmare over here with my Business and BusFusion websites.  A lot of mail generated by those two websites end up in my SPAM folder.  I�ve been in constant contact with AOL trying to get the problem fixed but so far they have done noting but waste my time on the phone !  Now it has become a daily ritual to check the SPAM folders.  What a PITA !
