The strange thing about the Oregon gas stations is that you pump your own
gas if you have a motorcycle.  Don't know the word of the law so not sure
whether motorcycles are an exception.

And another thing about getting filled up in Oregon in my vanagon.  I allow
the attendant to unlock the gas cap but always watch closely or at least
check that they've locked correctly.  More than once i've found the cap to
be  barely hanging on after they thought it was locked.
