Those vertical covers are very nice, and I can see now why they cost what they do.

If you are also asking about the small black plastic edge on the horizontal length of the rain gutter this can be bought at any good auto body supply shop.  It's called edge trim and is available in several sizes.  It has glue inside and sticks well.
