Hi,

I went out a little while ago and to do some "diagnostics".  First thing I did was to remove the idle control valve, and turned the ign to on, and the valve stayed open. Disconnected the power steering pressure switch....valve stayed open. Swapped out idle control box...no change. 

Any ideas as to what is keeping the idle control valve open constantly?
