Just replaced fractured and water filled front turn signal fixtures with
known working good ones from Ol'Red - my 88 GL which is grounded for a
while. I also replaced the missing turn signal/flasher relay with the
one out of Ol' Red. A new relay arrived today in the mail.

Once it was all put together - I tested the turn signals.

The right hand signals - front and rear work nicely -
Click----Click----Click----Click!

The left hand turn signals also work - but  not so nicely -
ClickClickClickClick.

I pulled Ol' Red's relay back out ans stuck in the brand new one - same
thing, fairly high speed clickclickclickclik.

With either relay - it was the same - but unlike that which occurs with
a bulb.

Of note - my son's Honda does the same thing with a new relay. One side
is faster than the other - significantly so.

One other thing - the emergency flasher does not work. When turned on -
the light in the signal indicator comes on - but the flasher does not
work flashing the lights.

If anyone has any insights or experience with this phenomenon I would
appreciate hearing of it and your solution.
