Might be the regulator. I have a post about my fix here http://shufti.wordpress.com/2011/01/27/vanagon-window-regulator-repair/ Pic intensive so forewarned. There is a plastic bit in there that can break. I show it in the post, and the other parts that might be faulty. When it is most of the way down it suddnly becomes very loose and rocks back and forth. It even does this when all the way down. the passenger side is nice and tight the whole way up and down. > > > Can someone give me some ideas as to what to look for or what I might need to look for in terms of a fix? > > > Tips appreciated. > > Eric Caron > 85 GL Auto Westfailia > normal crank windows
