Thanks for searching that up Raymond. I don't recall Bentley showing
diagrams for any of the various ECU's used in the Vanagon.

Since my engine conversion is of a DIY type, I thought that ID'ing
parts concerned might help me narrow down what happened. Not to worry.
The meltdown likely happened prior to my ownership of the parts. Or so
I'd like to believe.
