Hi all. Am about 1/2 way through rebuilding the cooling system on my 1988 Westfalia. Pulled the long pipes today. They appear to be in really good shape and might come in handy should I ever convert another air cooled to water cooled. ;) On one pipe, there's a barely visible "VW" stamp near the end. The other has a white sticker with red text part numbers. The metal inserts look to be in very good condition. Does this VW stamp mean the pipes are original? I'm trying hard to determine if this bus in fact has lower miles on it. I can post a pic tomorrow if need be. Thanks!
