Today I learned something new. My #1 son runs a window tint and auto detailing shop. He has done so for nearly thirty years. In that ti e he has experienced just about every thing in the way of rubber, dash, and seat plastic restoration. Today he put me onto it. Three things are needed. Liquid Wrench silicone spray lube, some plumbers silicone grease, and Mcguires Swirl X. Add to that as an extra some Rain-X. Spray the rubber down with the Liquid Wrench sikicone first. Gently wipe off. Next apply silicone grease. Wipe off gently. This will restore and preserve the rubber. To clean the glass and remove the silicone overspray use windex. Then apply the Rain-X! To cean and polish any plastics - hub caps, vents, even tires -use the Mcquires. I did this to my Carat and now it's outstanding. Good luck. John the Gimp
