Hi all.

When VW upgraded the plastic nipple bit at passenger side head to
metal, did they upgrade the washers too? I received this type of
washers (image): http://tinyurl.com/poqbubr with the new metal nipple
part. Though well intended, these may not allow the bolts to seat
correctly? I re-used the thin wavy washers.

Also, is the thread length of head drain bolts crucial? I got both out (yahoo!)
but one is longer. Likely NOT, but could the longer bolt thread
partially block coolant flow?
